The TAG 60 is a production cat built in South Africa by TAG yachts. Right from the start this was an ambitious project and had an almost impossibly high specification for a 60’ cat. The first TAG 60 built has all carbon construction, custom paint finishes, stunning luxury interior and fit out, electric propulsion/regeneration, Carbon wing mast, in boom furling, push button sail controls, specialist light air configuration and many more features (just to name a few……).

Yet from our designer’s point of view, it was our innovation of the saloon and main cabin design that stands out the most. Evolving from the Young 57 and Young 85 designs, we managed to double the regular saloon size for a vessel this size and created a truly variable inside/outside living situation. The main saloon, galley and navigation area is unmatched for a performance catamaran this size. At the same time the aesthetics of the vessel were maintained and the end result is a very sleek and stunning design.

The second TAG 60 built is a major refinement from the first boat and is based in Palma. New pricing and new specifications make the TAG 60 really worth a close look.
