英文簡介

Bellamer heavy concrete pontoons utilize our advanced proprietary technology to create the industry benchmark in rugged and stable mooring platforms. The buoyant construction consists of buoyancy blocks, fixed in place by means of fibre reinforced hydraulic concrete, within a uniform larger structure. The flexible design allows the fabrication of various sizes with excellent technical and strength characteristics.
The pontoon structure is made from hot-dip galvanized or stainless steel. Buoyancy floats are made
from expanded polystyrene (EPS) with a density of 15-20 kg/m3 (9.4-12.5 lbs/ft3).
This type of pontoon forms the basic infrastructure for marinas, individual jetties, buoyant platforms,
floating bridges and other floating structures.
Concrete pontoons are sturdy and reliable under any weather conditions. While in service they do not
demand special attention and care and are designed for a lifetime of 50 years.
Heavy concrete pontoons are secured in place with the help of chains, piles or elastic mooring systems
(“Supflex” or “Seaflex”). The pontoons are joined together by flexible high-strength steel connectors.
All heavy pontoons are equipped with oversize service channels for the running of electrical and water
supply lines.
For the safe mooring of vessels, pontoons are equipped with massive fenders of Siberian larch. At the
customer’s request, pontoons can be equipped with larch or Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) profile
decking
