They’re designed to provide easy and direct access to the top mooring line.HIGHBUOYS come in two options: the HB1250 “high neck”; and the HB580 “dish top”. Both designs consist of two high quality, tough roto moulded Polyethylene half buoys bolted together. The split design provides two independent, fully enclosed chambers greatly increasing buoyancy integrity and removes the need for additional internal foaming. The “direct connect” design gives instant access to the actual mooring line without any need to haul anything wet, dirty or heavy out of the water. High Neck HIGHBUOY. HIGHBUOY mooring buoys have been designed to provide direct connection to the top mooring line and chain via an integral heavy duty diamond shackle plate. The split design provides two independent buoyancy chambers providing residual buoyancy and integrity without the need for additional foaming. Interlocking float sections reduce the number of fasteners required which in turn provides easy access to mooring lines, shackles and swivels.
