Easy mooring of your boats thanks to our customizable insubmersible mooring buoys.

Thanks to our «mold on» thermocollage process, the marking is resistant to all weather conditions.

The ROTAX range of mooring buoys is available in 4 volumes: 40, 64, 120 and 200L.
Internal chimneys of 26 or 63mm diameter.
Colours to choose from (standard: white, green, yellow).
We offer reinforced rods suitable for 63mm stacks. Breaking load of 18 tons, supplied with protective rubber.

Our mooring buoys are made of medium-density polyethylene with good resistance to stress cracking, low temperature shocks, salt water, aggression of marine plants and animals and hydrocarbons.

The materials used are noble (not recycled), colored with pigments stabilized by anti-UV agents.

All our buoys are “foamed”: filled with expanded polystyrene beads forming a block of maximum cohesion.
This process allows us to guarantee the insubmersibility of our buoys: propeller blows, violent shocks, voluntary vandalism, your ROTAX buoy will never sink.

The quality of the PSE foam is checked every week by a system to measure its water absorption capacity.
